Landstate Property provides opportunities for private investors to access the return potential of property development. Our partners include private equity and high net worth investors. Each of our projects is offered as a separate investment through its own unit trust. This enables you to choose projects that interest you and that meet your risk and return requirements. Demonstrating our commitment to successful delivery, we co-invest in all of our projects. And we keep you informed throughout the process with regular, transparent project reporting. Typically, our investment opportunities are medium term in nature with capital committed for two to three years. The minimum investment levels for our projects vary but are typically $250,000.
